Contributions

The Matthews Free Medical Clinic was founded to respond to a need in the community: the need for quality healthcare for residents who do not have nor can afford health insurance. The Clinic is a non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation, supported by donations and grants. We rely on private donations and grants to fund its operations. We sponsor an annual golf tournament fundraiser that also provides needed funds. Donations of office supplies, medical supplies, paper products, volunteer snacks and bottled water are also greatly appreciated.

We ask you to partner with us to make our community stronger and healthier. Please consider making a generous contribution to help the clinic provide access to healthcare for those in need.

What your monetary donation will provide:

• $25---Pap smear for a patient
• $50---Tetanus shot for a patient
• $75---EKG tracing for 1 patient
• $100-Blood work for 4 patients
• $250---Average visit for 1 diabetic patient
• $500---Rent for 1 month
• $1000---Approximately 1 day of clinic operations
